Our Mold Removal Process
Mold Inspection
Mold is always caused by a moisture problem, either being high humidity or a water leak. Our professionals check for existing moisture problems using the highest grade moisture meters and thermal imaging cameras in the industry.
Mold Testing
Mold testing is often helpful or necessary to provide a quality mold remediation. Testing can help locate hidden mold, which likes to hide in areas like your A/C system, wall cavities, attics, inside cabinets, etc. Testing has other uses as well, such has knowing how much and what kind of mold is in your home or business. Our certified Mold Assessors use professional equipment to collect air or surface samples. After samples are collected, they are sent to a local lab which conducts a detailed analysis. Within a couple days a detailed mold test report is provided, which outlines how much and what kind of mold is in the sample area.
Mold Removal
The key to mold remediation is physically removing the mold. Our certified technicians accomplish this through containing the mold, removing materials with heavy mold growth, treating areas with a plant-based antimicrobial, using air filtration devices, and HEPA vacuuming. This protocol combined with professional-grade equipment will accomplish our goal of establishing a mold-free environment.
